"Toward the end of my second trimester I had started to feel incredibly insecure about my pregnancy body so shopping for my maternity photoshoot was a bit of a struggle. I stumbled upon a dress that I found to be super flattering from Sexy Mama Maternity and immediately placed an order! The gown I chose is the Long Sleeve Tie Front Gown with Mini Train in the color Taupe and I felt absolutely AMAZING in it as soon as I put it on! The fabric is stretchy and light so I wasn’t overheating during my shoot with @bluerosepictures, but it was also somehow still substantial enough that it was both forgiving and supportive with my (new) curves. I love that the sash was sewn in place in the back so (1) it can’t get separated / lost, and (2) it stays put once you tie it! The brand has definitely become my go-to for maternity event and photoshoot dresses for any future pregnancies; I can’t recommend them enough!”
